Funny story about an a-hole I ran into while trying to park in Stamford ...

I was trying to park on a metered side street next to the main UBS building parking lot... As I was trying to back into a spot I was waiting for, the parked car pulls out, and then this guy in a beat up Cherokee pulls in from behind and we were deadlocked as both our cars were halfway into the parking spot... I got pissed off yelling at the guy since I was already waiting here before he even got here... After a few exchanges, the guy gets out of his car, looks at my car, and goes; "well, if I were you, I'd back off and move on, after all, look at my car and look at your car, who has more to lose?"

I looked at the focker and thought to myself, this psycho is right, if I took the spot he can come back and key my car or something after I left, so I backed off and parked elsewhere...

This time it was a doorman who wanted the spot in front of the building, claiming somebody was supposed to hold the spot for him as the previous car left pulling a very aggressive maneuver towards my car...

Sheesh, is the NY metro area THAT much of a rat race? I didn't kick much of a fuss since it was a holiday and spots were plentiful, but it's *******s like this that just ruin your day !!!
