Moving to NJ... few questions>

What is the law for registering my car? How much time do I have? Current CA registration doesnt expire till Feb 08.

Am I screwed for my front windows? Will I have to take the tint off to register?

I'm planning to drive from CA to NJ... should be a fun trip.

Any other tips/advice is appreciated!

I'm going to move in with family temporarily... Then find a place to live.

Can I wait till I find my residence... or does it start day one that I move into their place?

Or does it start day 1 when I officially start my new job?

its illegal here in CA as well...

cant i have it... and if i get pulled over i get a fix it ticket im assuming?

are they hard asses out there for the tint?

if i dont get pulled over... no harm no foul right?

State troopers really don't seem to care, the local cops can be ball busters. I've been nailed on my euro front plate a few times.
