Default Just have to say this: KMD tuning ROCKS !!!! Left the shop around 8:00PM, you've heard right - 8 !!

Danny took it up by himself to figure out the problem with my torque steer and vibrations.
We found the lower control arms are kind of toasted and he decided around 6:00PM - let's replace them, right now. In addition, we had to fight one frozen Bolt, a real PIA, way more time spent on this darn thing then anticipated.

If you want to talk about Customer Service and dedication - here is your answer: KMD - there is no substitute!!!
So a BIG Thanks to Danny for hanging in there and showing such dedication - AWESOME experience!! That's a 12 rating out of 10 :-)

Default Good stuff! Not to parade on KMD, but Quattrohaus has pulled through for me in the past as well...

Brought my car in there on a weekday @ 7pm....for a powersteering leak. They were determined to fix it for however long it took. I left @ around 9pm w/ no leaks. Good to know there are good shops still out there!

Default Agreed. Dropped off for performance clutch job. Picked up the car washed and...

babied the same day! They also had the lowest quoted price in the area.

Default That is great, Quattrohaus certainly deserves some recognition as well, we'll need to let people

know about these things; it sends a clear message to some of the Audi Dealers. If an Indy can provide such services with less resources than a Dealership - it means something.

What I still haven't figure out yet is why don't dealerships run their Service department in 2 shifts (7-3 and 1-9 for example)?

Default I sometimes mis-diagnose 1 out of 5 Telco issues because it's so complex and comprehensive, what

was wrong with your car when you brought it in? Screaming and War surely doesn't solve a dam thing on this planet, so to understand the issue, you'll need to lay out the circumstances completely, there are 2 sides of the medal....always.

Did you ever post anything about it? Please provide a link to it.......I'm certain that I'll pick an argument that's not really my own, but you've responded so negative to my post that I'd like to understand the details about.....and perhaps lend a helping hand; simply because my record with KMD and Danny is above average.

BTW, we all make mistakes in out life, and knowing Danny he'd rather work with you and not against you because the shop understands the fact of receiving a bad reputation.
