Default Fvcking Bastage Dealers.... Let them all die !!!

Dropped my car at the dealer yesterday, it failed state inspection due to loose front wheel, also has a bad xenon bulb, and passenger door lock jamming..

Bastard keeps my car another day with no loaner admitting they didnt even look at the car yesterday calling me this morning, throwing off my appointments I had to cancel or postpone cause I need a car to get there, and then quotes me $499 to fix the loose wheel saying bad lower control arm, when the warranty explicitly says control arms are one of the suspension components covered, and $350 for xenon and door locks under warranty...

I read off the warranty pamphlet bringing the control arms to his attention and he says he'll call me back...

DIE YOU DEALER THIEVES... I bet these fvckers will try to double dip and try to get reimbursed by BMW NA saying they covered it under warranty..

Default 7:30 am.... bahhh... checked the website more carefully..

says under covered: front suspension

and then under not covered: wear and tear (all front suspension parts and components)

What a scam...

Default ya, my bad, I was looking at the extended protection plan booklet...

which is extra and not part of the warranty..

gonna get that done at my indy mechanic...$750 for left front control arm and wheel alignment is ridiculous..

Default sux... i just bought a car based on knowing the dealer shop manager

for that exact reason. i had equal quotes from new country and fairfield (new country is closer to my house) and went with fairfield b/c i know i won't get screwed as long as my contact is there.
