COI Drive question

There was one car at the COI drive that had the wide body work done to it and a totally custom exhaust (well actually it looked like the whole car was custom) , Anyway without getting too deep into it, some people including the owner of this car that had spoken after the drive before the trip to the diner and had mentioned a couple of service stations in westchester that were very "friendly" to cars with custom exhaust setups. I was wondering if somebody that was there with me that day could email me a couple of these spots where I might get my car inspected without any problems. Thanks
