Need to downsize... Looking to trade my '01 Allroad for '97 Avant or '99.5+ A4 Avant

My Allroad is perfect. I love it, just can't afford it. It's got 27,500 miles, has a MANUAL Trans (which is what I prefer) and is still covered under the manufacturer's warrantee and is Audi Assured for an additional 2 yrs/100K.
