Default LOL...

You'll learn the "wet" line and actually have a blast with Quattro.

Story....back when I had my silver S4, there was an M5 driven by an instructor (student was in the passenger seat) in the yellow group and he was behind me doing everything he could to try and keep up with me. Through one turn he goosed it too much and I could see his rear coming around to say hi!

When we got back into the pits he came over and we laughed about it. He said "Damn Quattro cars. I was doing everything I could to keep up with you. Good job"

Not like I was driving the wheels off my car but Quattro in the wet is awesome, especially when you learn the wet line. When you don't...well, I'll let you experience that for yourself...Mwahahahahaha!!!

Default Last time I was there in the wet I think 40% of the students had "gone off" by lunch of the 1st day

Sadly a large part of the reason for this, IMO, was that the students, even the ones with instructors, had not been given adequate instruction on how to drive in the rain. Then there were of course lots of people that were out there without instructors that didn't know how to drive in the rain either. And there were a fair number of people who were just going too fast for conditions on top of that.

Default you drive on the highway in the rain, right??? so go to the track and learn how to handle your car

in those conditions... you will learn the feel the limits of adhesion, proper braking control in wet conditions, handling dynamics. All this will make you a better driver on the streets.
