looking for winter garage space... any ideas?

Looking for winter storage space for my E30 M3 track car, from about November 20 through March 15. Preferably in the Boston area, but will consider other alternatives. The car is in good shape, and doesn't leak oil or other fluids.

Heated warehouse with weekend access and mid-week by appointment for off-season work. Combination of exotics and snowbirds (i.e., Cadillacs that belong to people who winter in FL). Great people, some amazing cars, and it was @ $350 for the season! Worcester area. I'll try to find the number for you, but you might check the Worcester paper auto section, google, etc.

Hemmings Motor News could also have leads.

And then there's the Otto Club...

Nevertheless, at $100/month on an underground, heated, safe garage is a deal!
