Default The Curse of the Black Pearl... er... Black B5 S4

Spent the past week in Cali, starting with a wedding in San Diego, driving up the PCH from Malibu to Monterey, and flying out of SF.

Most importantly, we only saw three B5 S4s in all of the miles driven between those points. All three were Brilliant Black -- further proof that black is the longest lasting color I guess

A little unsettling when our Super Shuttle van pulls into the first drop off point at a random Boulder apartment complex and in the first row sits a black B5 S4. Heh.

Thanks to Josh for the eats recommendations for La Jolla, and to Hotwire for hooking us up with a sweet booking. Wife called HW up about 5 minutes from the 19th St exit on the 101 (headed into Downtown SF), and they scored us the Mark Hopkins InterContinental on Nob Hill for SF dive motel rates. Will check them out the next time I can afford to play hotel roulette.
