Default I just changed the transmission fluid in my wifes Protege5 the other day with Redline MT90....

Seems to work just fine. I believe it's GL4. Got it at AAI in Arvada. www.aaispeed.com
Also 3R Automotive in Englewood probably carries it as well. www.3rauto.com

Default Synth or dino? If dino, just get Valvoline; synth opens up many options.
