Yes, but it should of been in Mead!
He planned on building a nice upgrade to his track at Mead, but was held hostage by the town/neighbors and went elsewhere. Not sure if his plans included something as world-class as is going up in Utah - but fvck it would have only been 30 minutes from my house!
