but they are a chain. I am sure there are other "locally owned" places that serve good versions...just don't know of any.

I haven't had any luck at all in finding any place locally that serves it.

Might have to check out a Westword or something...

Tortugas in Longmont. It is a good locally owned place that might have it on the menu.

great paella, although it's served only friday and saturday.

great date place with good atmosphere, good food, and good wine. much more quaint and amiable than either bahama breeze or tortuga's.
