For anyone who isn't familiar with them, Woody's Wheel Works is primarily a motorcycle shop, but they will repair, straighten, refinish,... performance auto wheels as well.
2225 S. Platte River Dr. Denver, CO 80223 (303) 936-0232 "Woody" Witte is the owner. I was first referred to them by one of the service writers at McDonald Audi a couple years back, when McDonald couldn't get one of the Wine Glass rims on my A6 to balance. Woody's heated and spin trued the rim, repaired a couple curb scuffs (at no added cost, and even though I hadn't asked them to) remounted the tire and had it back in my hands the same afternoon - $80. I've had them repair a scared BBS CH (notorious for being a very difficult color and finish to match) $50 and it looks like new. I always take them my mounting and balancing work, and I've run in excess of 160mph with no vibrations on tires they've mounted. All-n-all I couldn't give a auto service business a better recommendation then these guys. (...and if you're not in a hurry, they'll probably hand you a beer ...though don't say you heard that from me.) Loren in Denver 2002 S6 Avant

What type of damage did you have, and how much was charged to repair the damage? Stock or aftermarket wheel?

But, then again, I went there just to get some curb rash off of a 9-spoke 'celebration' wheel, not to have it straightened.
Terrible color match, forgot to clear coat it, took almost two weeks...etc, etc. Yikes! I've been much happier with Precision Alloy Refinishing. My wheel (BBS CH) was repaired - again, just nasty curb rash, no straightening needed - and you can't even tell it had been damaged. Plus, it wasn't necessary to remove the tire from the wheel, or even the wheel from the car. Also, the owner (Lee) is mobile and his rates are very reasonable.

Precision Alloy Refinishing, do you have a contact number? Can't seem to find them.
