The next CAC meeting will be a DRIVING meeing on Saturday, August 24, 2002. We are going to meet at the Fort Restaurant at 10:00am and depart on our drive at 11:00am. We'll take 285 to Fairplay, go north on Rt 9 to Frisco for lunch at the Backcountry BrewPub, and return on I-70 to the Morrison/Golden exit.

Directions to the Fort Restaurant: It's off of Highway 8, which is the first exit going South on 285 from C-470. Highway 8 only goes one way (North) and you can't miss the Fort Restaurant on the right.

I own a couple old Deeks and wonder if you'd mind if, when I get'm roadworthy again, if i tagged along on some of your events? I am also trying to 'thin the herd!" Anyone want a DKW van?....email me!

The only caveat is that the Colorado Audi crew like to drive fast, the TT Clubers are a little mellower. This saturday should have a nice mix though.

in Frisco, a couple of us went back to have a look. Some great old sports cars, and some just generally unusual to see autos (Dusenberg, Stutz, etc.).

So I hate to bring one back from a decade but I met a guy named chad today with a dark blue Audi tt with a stage 4 gt2860rs. He told me to sign up for the Denver tt club buuut I cant find ****...
