Yay--1st Experience at Carlsen Audi with Frank Santos= A+

FYI-I'm past 50k, in extended warranty territory.

My brake lights went out early in the week.

I wanted to take my car in for minor issues to see how Carlsen was, despite mixed reviews on here.

Thank you Neil (40valver) for recommending Frank. Seems like a great guy, totally took care of me.

I went in, he told me that the bulbs and such aren't covered under extended warranty, unless it's an electical system issue. That's fine, I'm sure Audi of Oak would have just comp'd me the 2.40+2.75=$5.15, but it's totally fine.

They were done in 5-10 minutes. Frank offered a wash, and I hesitated, then asked him what he recommends-whether or not his guys there do a decent job, etc, what they use etc. He says he recommends it, so I said why not. Looks great now. I need to clean the wheels a bit more tonight, and I'm going to condition the interior, but it was great. I wasn't going to have anymore time during the day to wash the car, and I needed it clean before going to MarqueMadness tomorrow
