Default Paging A4_Mation.....Question for you.

Hey Dave,

Quick question for you. I recently had a Koni Sport Kit (purchased from Purems)installed on my 2001 A4 and am know getting some noises from the rear of the car. I took it back to installer and they could not diagnose the noise and they are telling me they think the rear components are bad. The car rides fine, but the noises are pretty annoying. I was wondering if I brought it by your shop if i could pay you to take a look and help me to determine and fix the issue.

Let me know if you are comfortable with suspensions and a time that works for you and I i will try and get up your way. Thanks for your help.

Default I just set up an appointment for Friday afternoon. See you around 2.

I'll bring my JHM shifter and if you have time, then maybe you can install that too. Thanks again for your help. See you Friday.

Default Yes. I was pretty impressed with the JHM design and thought I would check it out.

Do you need/want the B&M?

Default I ordered my from AWE - B&M Kit #45141.

45141 fits S4 years 2000-2001 according to AWE's website. How much time does it take to install one of these? Hadley installed mine and charged me an hour for the B&M SS. If this is the right kit for your customer, I'd let it go for the cost of your install of the JHM kit. Let me know. I don't have the original box, but I do have the **** that came with the shifter.

BTW - AWE also lists a kit for S4 years 2001-2002, which is product number 45142. Not sure what the difference is.
