Anyone used Shokan for Audi parts?

I heard a rattle....and broke stuff taking it apart. Now I need parts to fix what I broke (BOTH D-pillar covers AND the center brake light cover). Best part....rattle ended up coming from outside the car. Yes I think I need professional help.

I wish I did a search for them before I gave them my money. So many horror stories all over the web.

Sold me a bad fuel pump, then tried to say my mechanic, who is also my dad, broke it on purpose to sell me a new one.

Would NEVER use them again.
