Default Yay.....secondary air pump is falling apart.

The SAP is riveted(!) together and two of the uber high quality fasteners have backed out leaving me with a dilemna. 1) Remove offensive item and repair it with proper fasteners sourced from Home Depot, or 2) unplug the POS and not worry about it.

I have no cat to be damaged by the SAP's absence, but I fear OBD2 will throw a CEL everyday. If I do go the repair route, does anybody have pointers on how to remove it?

Default If you unplug it, you will get a CEL...

with fault for Sec. Air Incorrect Flow Detected. Try to fix it or replace it, or live with the CEL. ;-)

Default You should just trade cars with me.
