Default Hey Shane

CDN Investments is blowing out Steyr M and S series. M9 is $279, M40/S40/S9 is $299. These prices are about $100 below going prices it seems.

Then I'd have to figure out 9mm or 40S&W. One guyt I know suggested 9mm since it's cheaper to fire. I don't think I'd use the Steyr as a primary carry weapon for the times that I did carry either. Just be one for the collection.

I'm thinking the S series (subcompact, 3.5" barrel) instead of M (4" barrel). But If I would every carry concealed, maybe Id go M.

Default Go 9mm. .5' isnt going to make a differnce for carry. Its the thickness and lenght of the grip

that make a gun easy to carry. The barrel is going to run on the same axis as your body, so unless you are REALLY short, barrel lenght isnt that critical.

Thats a great price on that gun. I dont remember if I've ever fired one, but I know the ergonomics are perfect. Steyr usually makes really good firearms.

Default what does barrel length make a difference in then?

Accuracy? Recoil? Velocity? has to be something right?

Default Sight radius. It does matter, just not in 1/2" increments.
