Default options for restoring paint on front bumper?

I bought my a4 used with about 8000 miles on it. the paint is flawless except for the front which has taken some abuse from lots of freeway driving. there are no scratches, but the paint is somewhat rough and appears "speckled" - for lack of a better word. what would you guys recommend for improving the appearance?

Default Re: options for restoring paint on front bumper?

by speckled I assume you mean pitted or chipped slightly from debris hitting the front of the car?

1. you could repaint it
2. you could touch up/buff yourself or have a professional do it
3. you could just live with it

If it were me, I would just choose #2

Here is a recent post about the same issue
