Can regular use (everytime after car wash) of Meguires "Quick Detailing" spray cause any damage?

Just curious if it causes any discoloration or if it damages the "pearl effect" on the paint. I've used it everytime I wash my car. I've never used IHG yet on my car or waxed it since inception (bought it in mid 2/01).
