Default I've seen a picture of those before, kind of similar to VW Beetle heater cables.

Can't remember where I saw the pic tho.

Any luck back-dating or converting a vacuum actuated locking rear differential to cable actuated (e.g., with the 80-81 style cable-actuated bits), whether OEM or custom? I'd love to do this for my project ice racer. I'll try looking up the old bits in ETKA and see where that leads.
