This casting was used on 5000 1984, engine code WU.Other engines could use same head also.

Thanks, that's a good starting point for me. do you know if it happened to have the 40mm intake valves like the MC's did?

Yes, intake valves are 40mm. So what, I hope you not thinking what I am thinking.

Look, 84 5000 was a biggest piece of s....t Audi ever produced,cylinder head included.Exhaust valves in this thing are not sodium type also. Do not know about ccm of comb. chamber.
