Default Shoveling and quattro

Ok, so the snow has stopped here, but out east is probably getting what we had. Campus was closed again today but I wasnt sure if I had to go to work. I made calls to the office, no answer, so I decided to venture out. The main roads are still kinda snowy but my housing addition was horrible! It was crazy. When I got back (no work) I almost got stuck getting back into the addition.
I then had to shovel since my parents are in Cali for the month. Drifts on our driveway were 15 or so inches, and the car went through them .

Careful all you guys who get this crap, its dangerous!

BYOS! (Shovel)
I'm the only one that made it into the office today...so I guess we're open. Looking out at the bus that's stuck in the street:

It sure is dicey out there. 5ktq with all the diffs locked is a rock solid ride, but I never forget basic math: 4x0 = 2x0
Cheers!

Default Remember, when playing in the snow: quattro doesn't fix stupid..

It (quattro) just puts you further off the road!

Have fun in the snow, making those winter 'bodykits'... :-)

Default You know what I meant! ;) Yeah our office is "closed" too...yet I'm here!

There are a few attys here, but no one else came in. Downtown Pittsburgh is pretty sloppy. No where to plow snow! I didn't even drive...I take the bus to work. So if it could make it, I figured I could make it!

Default 15"? That all?

This is what I woke up to this morning. On top of what already was on the ground. I'm ok with maybe around 3ft, but some areas are at over 5ft so far.

Just to the east in Oswego they're at over 11ft

Default We've still got January snowbanks... it's sad... OWR this year would have been scary...

no snowbanks to keep you from the deep ditches.
