I'll be working for contract archaeology firms doing surveys and excavations for companies that need to do pre-construction cultural resource damage assessments. I'm holding out to work in Oregon, Washington or the Norcal area, since that'll probably be where I end up after I finally graduate. It's pretty neat as a lot of these firms will provide a per diem and hotel for the duration of the project. Ought to get in me in shape pretty quick since I'll be digging holes most of the day =) Probably be doing that for the better part of May, June and July. Afterwards I'm holding out to go to New England/Nova Scotia/Greenland for a three week Study Odyssey of early contact(16th and 17th century) sites along the coast. So it's not looking promising as far as Audi related events and shows go.

My oldest daughter spent a good part of last summer on a dig at an early colonial site. They concentrated on servant's quarters because their lives have not been very well documented.
