Default NooB - I'm the one buying the Audifans Coupe!

...and am I stoked. I pick it up Friday. Literally mint condition, only 136k.

Please let me know where to go to learn as much as I can on this baby. I have owned nothing by Audi inline 5, just sold my modded '95.5 S6 avant withonly 79k on it (baby boy, need the $$). It will be hard to go from 300 hp to 115, but perhaps you guys have some tricks of the trade to impart on me.

Default Thanks, see you in June. In the meantime.....

....going to get the Euro H-4 lamps and bulbs installed right off the bat so'z I can see at night (man the stock ones suck, had an '86 4000CSQ with the same lamps). And some mudflaps, then some bumper-mounted Hella driving lamps. Give it that Autobahn look.

Anyone know if 2001 S4 Avus wheels will fit on these coupes? I have a set from my avant I'd love to see how they look.

How much work is it to intstall a turbo on one of these? PITA? Anyone done a full 2B 20V turbo conversion? Not that I'm going that far, just curious, but I am sure the stock motor and drivetrain could likely handle jsut a turbo.

Man am I excited to pick this puppy up!

Repainted. Did you check it out? Accident or just a freshen up?

Default 20vt is simpler to install than 10vt

I'd suggest getting a 10vt motor (MC1 or MC2) rather than turbo the stock KX.

Is the bolt pattern on the '01 Avus rims 4x108? 5x112 won't bolt straight on.

See you in June, do you think you'll make it up to Vancouver for this weekends meet?
E-mail me if you need more details.
