well i just brough home the othe NG engine with 90k on it. gonna pull it apart and see what i can do. i want to use the MC-1 cam since i can get it really cheap. the NG head has injectors seated in the IM. the NF has injectors seated in the head. i read somewhere that the MC block has 40mm valves and the NG/NF have 38mm. what is goin on there? i am looking at upgrading the fuel some how (kinda like swapping injectors on a EFI car, but i will be swapping the whole CIS) i am looking at using one of the CIS systems offa turbo motor and porting and polishing as much as i can to improve air flow. i am fabricating a new airbox outta sheet metal for my car. once i am done i will post pics. i want to send out the crank to get balanced and the pistons and rods to get balanced also and maybe even lightened along with the flywheel. i am gonna see what i can come up with as far as an intake boot to the IM. want to find a way to fabricate headers also. for some reason i am all about modding the NA motors. want to put a turbo motor in but also want to have fun with the NA motor. see how much i can get out of it. mods already done to the car are powerflex rear diff bushing, mounts filled with polyurathane, APR snub mount, air box mod, stebro, catco, removed entire AC system(havent got behind the dash yet tho), no powersteering (which i want to put back in soon), and i have g60's waiting to be installed. the car is lowered, but just modified stock springs.
