Default The owner has had this car posted for a while now.

It turned up on VWVortex as a car to check out (it was like $1500 at the time). Shortly afterwards the owner had it listed at $3000. I guess he has finally come back down to earth about his pricing.

It does look like it could be a nice ride for someone though. I could see a nice 2.0 16V swap in a car like that...

Default So is this a real coupe or what?

I thought they were made only from '80-'82.

Default It's a 2-door 4000S. They made them from 1980-1984.

If it was a 5+5 in that nice condition, I would buy it today...
