Default The 4kq is happy now.

Water pump, timing belt, timing belt roller, thermostat, AC/PS/ALT belts, new coolant tank and cap, along with new coolant and an upper radiator hose were installed today.
The gracious Jim Bush was very nice to guide me through, and do most of the work. I feel now that with a special crank tool, I can do the job. Things went 99% good, with the exception of a missing and broken off water pump bolt?! So, needless to say, the job took longer than expected, but was done in great fashion. Im checking the water pump in the morning for leaks, but so far, everything looks good.
A special thanks to Greg Jacobs (ATMOS) and Jim Bush. Greg for letting me crash at his place and helping out Jim, and Jim for doing the majority of the work, and making a new bolt hole

Default Yes it does.

I just used one yesterday. Granted, my crank pulley didn't seem to be that tight. I did it on the engine stand too.

Just be careful and wear eye protection, as I imagine things can fly.
