Default Fuel pump wiring

Ok, if you remember way back to my other posts (86 4000S acting up/ still acting up) I had a prob. blowing fuses. I replaced pump, relay, and filters. Still blows fuses, and im tracing the wire around looking for shorts. What I could really use, is a diagram of wires involved with the pump. I can trace it from the back of the car right up to the dash, but its a jungle under there, and I lose track of where its going. It visits (stop me if im wrong) only the fuse/relay panal, and ignition switch, so where could it be bad?

hmm... I dont know which engine u got, anyway on 2,2 models, the green/yellow cable which goes from the fuel-relay to pump also has a connection to the warm-up-valve(the thing under vaccum-booster).There should be 2 cables on the w-u-valvene green/yellow(the one i talked about) and one brown=earth the w-u-valve has a coil inside and the resistance should be about 20ohm between the connections. Hope this will help u or someone else. good luck //per

I'll check... But I have a 1.8L engine, and I dont think it has a warmup valve, at least, I think thats what the guy at advance auto said, and he seemed pretty intelligent on the issue. (anyone watching the ALMS cadillac grand prix race from washington DC? 13 min. left, Audi has a car in 5th, about 8 seconds behind 4th, would have been better if not for a bump a few laps back. Darn those GT series cars!!)

Default that could do it..

My O2 sensor has been bad for quite some time, and i have been less then careful messing around near it, maybe I created a short in that general area.
