Default looking to replace the headgasket on a 86 5000 turbo q

Anyone have a write up on this, I need to get the bentley for the 5000 as I have the 100/200 one. also this will be be first time doing this repair on this motor. Anything to look out for? Saving a 86 that is in very good shape but has bad gasket.

Default If you need a spare head to have rebuilt, let me know

I've got one off an '87 5KTQ in good shape I'd let go for cheap.

Default Pretty close to the 200.. so your 100/200 manuals will be fine. &....

..... while a-talks offer is a nice one... if you were to get a spair head to rebuild I'd get an NF code head off a 87-88 5ksq. The NF head offers bigger valves.
I sold an NF head to Jim (Jurq)...... he could give you some info... or do a search.
Actually I'm know there are a bunch of listers who have done that.

Yes that's the one. Has a spare motor but not sure if I could do the swap, I'd need some help but I know I can at least pull the head have it rebuilt and fix the gasket.
