Default Palm m100 for codes

I picked up a Palm m100 pda with the serial cable for 5 bucks at a thrift store. Even found VAG software. BUT, i am curious if anyone knows of a diagram to convert the serial port to a 2x2 adapter to directly plug in the ports under the dash. All the ones I find are 2x2 to OBD plug.
