starter removal 89 TQ 200

OK, I'm sure this has been covered.
How the hell do you remove this starter?
I got the lower bolt (19mm) but I can't even see the upper bolt !!
Is this mystery bolt standard or allen ? and what size?
I'm working from underneath.
Any help and diagrams much appreciated

IIRC, you can get the top starter bolt in a typ 44 turbo from the top through the engine compartment
