plus do some searching around. When I went to buy my 92 v8 i did all the poking around the net I could finding v8's for sale and writing down there prices and the using kbb and nada added them all up and divided by the # of prices I had. Go to edmonds and read consumer reviews too. Craigslist and Audifans work good for prices too. I use ebay motors for any new cars I want to get for good pics

4000 will get you a real nice one though. I think a silver one with 89k miles just sold for around 4200. Buy one you like. These are old cars and the price you pay will go up rapidly if you have to fix a lot of things.
