88 audi 5000cs quattro problems

replaced fuel pump fuel filter sea foam injector cleaner in the oil and gas tank still will not start it backfires when trying to startb black smoke coming from intercooler hose and white smoke coming from muffler i think my timing jumped any1 have ideas or am i wright

icon73 AudiWorld Senior Member 1987 Audi 5000 My Garage Join Date: Oct 2002 Posts: 1,661	Didn't think sea foam was supposed to be run through the oil in the engine. __________________ Chris 87 5000cstq euro turbo headlights, blau relay harness, 2bennett chipped ecu and 2bar wastegate spring, 3inch cat-back exhaust system, eibach sport spring kit, bilstein sport struts and shocks with v8 upper strut mounts, single pass intercooler, stewart warner boost gauge 82 5000 fwd (miss that one)
