Default bad plastic radiator overflow tank..........how is sensor installed??????????

I replaced it with a good one from a bone yard, but now it leaks where the sensor plugs into the bottom of the tank. I am not sure that I installed it correctly. Does it push or twist into place? Such a wierd looking connector.

Default If it leaks...

you have to replace the tank.

You can't just replace the sender.

The wiring connector has nothing to do with the leak.

Default Plastic radiator repair kit

I fixed mine with Ankney's spare(thanks!), but have since fixed overflow tanks with the plastic radiator repair kit from Autozone. That's assuming it's a crack, not the connector.
