Default exhaust still spitting

last year, i pulled the manifold from my 86 5000S to replace several broken studs. took the manifold to machine shop to have it surfaced. went back to get it and he said "it's cracked, but i can weld it by tomorrow".

no good, had to have it back together that day so I lived with spitting. last week, i got a new, used manifold. had it checked and surfaced, it was good. took the old off and put new gaskets on. torqued them, then ran till hot and torqued again. only one i couldn't put torq wrench on was very back on. had to use box end wrench, stand on my head and burn my arm on hot manifold.

all done but its still spits. any ideas?
