1.3 BAR generally...
but I have seen 1.4 before on a well maintained unchipped 5KTQ...

1.4 bar @ 3000 RPM if your car was made before about Nov. 1989. 1.3 bar @ 3000 RPM if it was made after about Nov. 1989.
