Default First time in here, one quick question.

What turbo can I put onto a 10v Turbo to get up to around 300bhp with all the normal goodies. Chip, exhaust, what ever intake is available, possibly cams?

Thanks for any info. =)

this is a K26 with 15 degree clip on the turbine and a TO4 48-57 trim compresor wheel with a modyfied compresor cover. the cover has a 3"inlet and is modyfied to flow the extra air. This turbo is a bolton exept the inlet wich changes from 2" to 3".

Default Wow 450

I'm in cincinnati ohio. I thought that picture was the turbo. I'm thinking a little less pricey though. Around 300hp "only". Not trying to make a rocket ship. =)

How difficult is a 10v turbo into a '88 90 5cyl FWD. If you have any knowledge on that subject.

Nice car indeed, perhaps you have some ideas on how to improve the reliability of the auto transmission on turbo auto. Will fitting a transmission oil cooler help?

Default Audi automatics already have a...

ATF cooler. Perhaps you were thinking of adding a larger one? Seems like the factory one does an OK job. Most of those Audi tranny's fail from seal failures between the diff and tranny not from overheating of the fluid...IMHO.

Default Unsure of...

a timetable on changing out that seal between the diff and the tranny. Theres probably a TSB out there on this I'd imagine. IMHO if your car is nearing 100K miles or over 10 years old I would plan on doing it soon if you want to keep the tranny going...

If not, just keep changing the tranny fluid every year and monitor the fluid level to make sure that it's not getting overfilled due to the diffential fluid getting past the seal and mixing in...

HTH!
