Compression Test Results

Hi folks,

I have just completed a pre-purchase inspection on a UrS4.

The compression test revealed: 123-128 psi across the cylinders and 10-15% across cylinders on the leakdown.

Car is approaching 200K miles and in very good condition.

How do these numbers look to you guys?

tpierce AudiWorld Super User Garage is empty, add now Join Date: Feb 2002 Posts: 17,033	Pressures listed are on a warm engine, so, trident1067, if you did it on a cold motor retry it and you'll see them higher, probably up to where they are supposed to be.
