What are the chances that a 7A Exhaust Cam with a Stock Intake Cam are enough to fail emissions?

I passed with that setup...
...and no cat! It was a non-treadmill sniff test, 3500 RPM in neutral. I don't think the cam is your issue.

um thinking a cam is your problem is lunacy. bad tune/software = your current running conditions
nothing but that.

Cam "contributes" to the issue...now whether or not it is the sole issue probably not
