1995.5 s6 entire heat-air-temp windows dead,stop car start in gear and all works very weird help !!!

ok i start car and all heat -air-temp not working.i restart car still dead.by mistake when rushing start car in 1st gear with clutch out car drags and system starts and works fine going home.system is in off mode when starting i will try leaving on auto mode.help!!!
