If yes, whats the procedure, Bentley has no info.

Default just let the car idle and leave the reservoir cap off until no more bubbles and fill as needed.

Default You must wait until temp gauge shows engine is at operating temps

Run with heater on full heat

Don't drive off thinking it's full before it really is, the Thermostat won't open the other coolant passages until engine is 87C

Default as UrSoccer said leave the cap off while waiting for it to heat up

and if the engine is hot dont fill up the water with it turned off you could damage your head
