Default So, after buying an ever so rare 95/96 remote fob the S6 on ebay, I get the following

email. (spelling & grammatical errors included free of charge)

Moderators please note Audi content.

a real e-mail from paypal would use your last name in the greeting

Default If you hover your mouse over

the links in the email, you'll most likely see they don't actually point to EBay, rather a numbered domain with the EBay extension after it.

Some of the more recent ones I've gotten have gone one step further and in the info bar it does appear to be sending you to EBay, but as we all know it isn't really.

Phishing for sure.

Tha worst part is that if you block those domains, it will actually block EBay! I found this out the hard way. I logged on to Verizon and for each of those "Ebay" scams I got, I would add it to my blocked list. Then all my EBay emails stopped(also Yahoo, and MSN) so you've got to be careful when blocking the SPAM, what a pain!

Default I know. I also got one that took me to a page that looks identical to PayPal's.
