Default Went to the Ralph Lauren Car exhibit today at the MFA, Boston...

It was open hood day.

We've got 959 calipers! =P

All the photos.

The 300SL and GTO were my favorites.

Default ah man

I went about a month ago, closed hoods :-/

Still a neat collection though. Wish I had that kind of $$.

Default Yeah... there are video projectors that show the cars being driven around...

The guy driving the 300SL did a mini drift.

Default Mike - any chance you have a pic 'head on' of this car?

Click the image to open in full size.

The reason I ask - I believe this may be the same model as the 'original' James Bond (As in Ian Flemming's books - not the movies.) car.

Specifically - is there a supercharger out front? (Yes - outside of the body - driven mechanically off of the front of the crankshaft.) + 3" exhaust?

Great pictures - thanks.

Pic no show? (I hate webshots - except for the fact it be free.)

Paste this into your address line;

Default Yeah... it's a Bentley Blower. The pic is at the end... car with the "8" on the grille.

Here

The supercharger is externally mounted. Very glamorous car...

Default What an elegant way to design a car. Thanks again for the pics.

Motodyne could take a few pointers. <giggle>
