a 1983 Honda Nighthawk 650. Pretty cheap at only $600. They guy who had it rode it less than 700 miles in the 6 years he had it. I'll post some pics of the actual bike later. The Audi will now have some more sitting time this summer!

Default Nice. Check out mine...

'76 CB750F.

Haven't driven my car in 2 weeks. I just have someone drive it once a week to make sure it runs okay.

The bike is great. I ride it rain/shine to work and everything. Saves me money... Uses about $10 of fuel/week. In the S4 driving around during the summer I usually would spend about $60+/week in fuel. Insurance is cheap on the bike too.

I've got about a month and a half left of riding it all the time, and then I can switch back to my car. By then I should be able to afford gas and everything too...

Default It's cheap because if you get in an accident, they just buff your gristle off the other car :)

Default Also there is no PIP. My Insurance on an 04 BMW is $300.00 yearly.

But there is no personal injury protection. If there was it would be $1200.00 a year.

Default But general health insurance covers that anyway, right?

If I had a spot to park a bike I'd seriously consider it. Though I'd leave the muffler on, which would probably get me laughed at by all the biker yahoos here. (Oooh, look at the badass middle-aged lawyer with the loud bike...)

Default I hope so Brother.

My bike is very very quiet. I take relentless crap from all my Harley owning friends. But my horns are f*#king loud. I put a Porsche 911 Fiamm horn kit on it. Motorists pull to the side of the road clutching there hearts. Coffee and phones a flying. 8-o! But loud pipes do save lives.
