Default Silver S4 on US-131 in Kalamazoo Michigan anyones here?

I was on my way back from Holland and Grand Rapids about 2 weeks ago because I was up there looking at some Audi dealerships. I decided to take US-131 to Kzoo and take I-94 home since I didn't want to risk hitting a deer which I see all the time on I-196. So I get off for gas and as I get back on the highway I see some familiar looking tail lights. At first I thought it was either a 100/A6 or an S4. So I fly up behind the guy who's going about 90mph. I think he must have thought I was a cop (I was in an all white Chevy Lumina) because he slowed it down and got in the right lane. I couldn't see the S4 badge until I got next to him to pass him since he had the rear fog light on and I couldn't see the badge right above it because that fog light is bright. I followed him for a while and he sped back up a bit. Finally he slowed down again and I passed him and took off once we merged onto I-94. If the owner of the vehicle I described (silver S4 no tint, looked like stock wheels but not sure since they were moving fast) is a member here, I'd just like to say nice car.

No I don't recall if it did. I don't think so though. Was I describing your car by chance? I only know one other Michigan Audi enthusiast and thats the guy I bought my car from. I'd like to meet some more Michigan people.

Nah, it wasn't me. I sold my car a while ago, it went down south...

as for Michigan enthusiast, there are many. A bunch of us in the Detroit Metro area, if you have a Yahoo user name go to the link. Also, there are a few on the west side, GR/Holland areas. (Steve chime in here)

Default Hey...

Not alot of Audi guy's around here...

Most of the one's I've met are older guys who have alot of responsabilities such as wives and kids so they don't get to hangout and talk Audi much...

Most of the "car" people who I generally hangout with on a day to day basis are VW or Subaru owners...

Scott: There will be some car meet and track events around here come spring. You should come to those Scott. There are usually a couple of Audi's that show up...

Scott and Jason: are either of you going to the Detroit Auto Show coming up in a few weeks?

Default Re: Hey...

I certainly plan on going. I like to make it during the week with a good buddy known on AW as Patrick B. There's usually less people during the week after dinner so you don't have to wait in line to get in a car of interest, besides crowds just plainly suck. Also, the DTW_Audi group I think is trying to put a group together for the show as well. Check that link to the Yahoo Groups that I posted earlier...
