I have an Audi A6 1995 with Audi Bose Gamma CC (Audi part # 4A0 035 192) and I'd like to some help about CD-Changers.

The article said that there are two versions of Audi OEM CD changers are compatible with the Gamma CC radio (in Bose-equipped systems), one is 6-disc, one is 10-disc.
The 6-disc version: (part # 4D0 035 111), Made by ALPINE.
The 10-disc version: (part # 4A0 035 111)), Made by Blaupunkt / Sony - It is no longer available. ( can be connected only with an Audi Tranceiver part # 4A0 035 239 - It is a Blaupunkt 7 607 765 082 )

I read that 10-disc version is a Sony CD Changer and it will only work with this "MAGIC SILVER BOX", a tranceiver that decode proprietary codification betwin HU and Changer.

I have read as well on internet that Alpine 6-disc 8pin CD-Changers are compatible with Audi Bose Gamma CC and it's not necessary a Tranceiver.

In Brazil Sony 10-Disc Cd-Changer is very rare and Tranceiver, it's impossible to find.

My question is :

Will Alpine CD-Changers 6-disc 8pin work connected with Audi Bose Gamma CC ???

Is it possible to addapt a connection ???

The only changer I know of that work with the Gamma are the 10 disc and all of them need the magic box. Late 1995 S6's (95.5) came with a six disc changer and no box, but they also came with the Delta radios.

Yeah, I 2nd that. I've never heard of anything but the OEM 10-disc setup working with the Gama's.

I found here a Blaupunkt CD-Changer with Interface for about us$ 200...

The CD-Changer was removed of Citoein Xantia.

you could do what some people do and use the 9 pin hook up and hook it up to an ipod. It may work with some kind of head unit as well<ul><li><a href="https://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec111.shtml">https://www.audiworld.com/tech/elec111.shtml</a</li></ul>

all the ingolstadt b4 that came to brasil, came with the gamma cc stereo and the 6 cds charger pioneer.

my 80s avant (2.6 v6 - manual)



how can i play the cds?!!??!

i know that the disc is playing but i cant hear the cd, keep playing the radio....i dont know how to active the 'MODE' hidden button...i think is a combination of some button. but i dont know;.


can someone help me?
