Default Plastic bits under front air dam

What the hell do they do? The little hanging down bits hit a kerb and now it is all buggered...how much to replace? I am going to imagine waiting a verrrry long time for a response

Default what is the front air dam?

sorry for asking, but i don't know what it's called in german... can you describe it or post a picture of it. is the lower part between the foglights?

Default yes...the part that is broken is under the foglights, on the bottom of the car
