Default back in town for surgery (w00t...?) any advice?

Have osteochondroma (basically a small chunk of misplaced bone sticking out of my femur which is giving me issues after long runs). The surgery is very minor but will involve general anesthesia and sitting around on monday and tuesday

Any pre or post-op tips? I have never needed surgery before. Currently plan on watching on-demand, whoring this forum, and designing a finalized pedal set for my formula SAE team's car so that my tall *** can actually drive it

Mostly wondering about eating and sleeping after anesthesia (does it affect it?)

Default don't eat or drink before surgery

like generally midnight before no food after that. Not sure what type of anesthetic they are gonna give you but most these days for outpatient surgies its IV sedation and local which is very easy to recover from. If its general, you could be woozy and not hungry for a few hours after surgery. You should be just fine though. JUST NO FOOD BEFORE.

Default I had a big one of those 10 years ago.

It was like 4 inches long on my right leg. It kinda sucked a lot, started tearing my muscle.

Take your time recovering. I pushed it and it has troubled me ever since.

Mine was under a lot of muscle and I was knocked out for it, still have a great scar.
